Anyone at risk for breaking a bone or osteoporosis / osteopenia will need to know how strong their bones are. DXA exams also show progress in treatment aiding in management plans.  At our center we have the advanced technology to also test the infrastructure of bones giving a detailed assessment for proper treatment rather than bone density alone.

We have Trabecular Bone Scoring (TBS) software added to our GE DXA device to enhance our ability to predict osteoporotic fracture risk based on a determination of bone texture.
